Which Ribbon Fits My Printer?

Ribbons are printer-specific

A ribbon made for a Fargo DTC1250e will not fit an Evolis Primacy 2. Each printer family uses its own ribbon with a specific part number, so matching the ribbon to the exact model is essential.

What YMCKO means

YMCKO is a full-color ribbon: Yellow, Magenta, Cyan, blacK, and an Overlay panel. Those first three combine to produce every color; the K panel prints sharp black text and barcodes; the O panel seals and protects the card.

Monochrome & specialty

Only printing black? A monochrome (K) ribbon prints far more cards per roll at lower cost. Specialty ribbons add metallic, fluorescent, or scratch-off panels.
