Which Magicard fits your volume
Magicard scales cleanly. The Pronto 100 is a single-sided desktop machine for small badge runs and it sets up in a few minutes. The Magicard 300 is the mid-range workhorse and comes single or dual-sided, and the Magicard 600 adds finer resin text and faster color for bigger programs. All three are direct-to-card printers.
HoloKote and card security
Every Magicard prints a HoloKote watermark into the overlay panel as part of the normal print pass. It is a repeating pattern across the face of the card that shows at an angle and does not survive a photocopier, which is what makes a visual check at a door worth anything. The Magicard 600 holds up to ten custom HoloKote designs, so your own logo can be the watermark.
Magicard ribbons by model
The part numbers track the printer and they are not interchangeable: MD100YMCKO for the Pronto 100 at 100 prints a roll, MA300YMCKO for the Rio and Enduro, MC300YMCKO for the Magicard 300 and MB300YMCKO for the Magicard 600, the last three at 300 prints. Cleaning and service
One kit, the 3633-0053, covers the Magicard 300, 600, Enduro 3e and Rio Pro 360. Run it at every ribbon change. If a fault outlives the cleaning, we are an authorized Magicard service center and the repair happens here: printer repair and maintenance.
