Card flipper
The mechanism in a dual-sided printer that turns the card to print the second side.
The flipper automates duplex printing. It is one reason dual-sided printers cost more than single-sided models.

The flipper is the moving part that turns a card so a dual-sided printer can print the back, a big reason duplex printers cost more and have a few more parts to service. Single-sided printers have no flipper, part of why they are cheaper and simpler.
